Error generating OAuth 2.0 API token in Alteryx - HELP ME

Hello Alteryx Community!

I'm trying to create an OAuth 2.0 API token, I've created several and deleted them as I was testing, yesterday I went to create a new token and the page is turning red and not generating thetoken, can someone help me?
