Designer Cloud Sign-in Issue

Hi, 

I'm a new user in Designer Cloud. Trying to login on the web with the email credentials. Upon adding the OTP, the sign-in is failing & re-directing to the login page again. 

Has anyone faced this issue ? Would be great to hear any ideas on troubleshooting.

Have you verified that your workspace admin has given you access?
