Can I connect (read and write) to Google Sheets?

Hi friend, 

You can only read from Google Sheets onto cloud. You can refer to these two articles, Google Sheets Connection and Import Google Sheets Data. 

It is possible to leverage an API task using Plans via HTTP task. Refer to this Create HTTP Task article for help. It is not recommended to write back to Google Sheets as there are better alternatives as data storage or database. Hope that helps!
