In attempting to access Designer Cloud in Alteryx Analytics Cloud, I'm prompted with a "Contact Admin" button (as opposed to a "Launch" button).
Here's the catch - I'm the admin.
Is there a specific role or permission I need to grant myself in order to launch Designer Cloud? I currently have the "Workspace Admin" role, but am unable to find a specific "Designer Cloud" permission/role.
If I attempt to create a "Designer Cloud Creator" role, I'm hit with a "this role already exists" error.
In your Admin portal, can you confirm via screenshot that you have a valid Designer Cloud license under Products?

I can confirm that under Account Admin -> Products -> Designer Cloud -> Contracts Overview, our contract status is currently active. I've also attached a screenshot showing what we see on the overview page, showing the product under "available in your workspace".
I did notice that no licenses are currently assigned.
Then under Workspace Admin > Users, make sure you are assigned the Designer Cloud Creator role - that role should've been automatically created. Click "Edit Roles" next to your user name and assign from there
