Unspecified Error when Resetting a User's Password
When clicking Reset Password, a warning regarding an unspecified error pops up.

Cause
When resetting a password, Connect needs to send an e-mail to the user. This error indicates the administrator has not configured the SMTP server correctly.
Solution
- In the Admin portal, go to the SMTP Settings tab under Connect Configuration, fill in all required fields, test the connection, and Save.
