Collection Tab not responding

From @SrinivasT "Alteryx is in running state. I later found out from support team, that LDAP authentication was not working. The issue now is why only a certain domain controller (which is down) is being used, when it has to switch dynamically to an alternative domain controller. Trying to find if domain controller name has somewhere cached in settings or backend Mongo DB. 

Please advise."

We are dealing with this same issue. Any updates?

So there isn't a way through the Mongo backend. 

You can switch it via this article - http://techgenix.com/there-any-way-clear-dc-locator-cache-windows-client-computers/

You can get the current DC by running cmd prompt with NLTest /dsgetdc:<Domain Name> 

and then do a full reboot.
