Unable to stack the table contents according to respective rows in layout tool

The above picture is the workflow done by me. The below attached picture is the table content:

I want to see all the rows when displayed in a email using layout tool. But instead this is appearing as only 1 row. Below attached the screenshot:

You can see the above highlighted portion in yellow. All of them are the same rows. Instead I want all the 3 different rows to populate.

Please suggest any method to solve the issue.

Hi @Stita, whilst trying to replicate this, I got the following warning which I believe is the issue here (as you're grouping by AGEING TIERS in the Table tool):

 

Visual Layout (15) The Visual Layout tool currently does not handle placement of grouped elements or elements containing multiple records.
 
The Visual Layout tool is still a BETA/Laboratory tool and I'm not sure if it's really worked on. We don't really tend to see people using this, but rather the Layout tool instead. I've attached an example of this below which looks to give the kind of output you're looking for. Feel free to look over it and see if that solves your issue. If not, let us know and we can try to help further.
