I have been utilizing the Alteryx designer certificate for my daily tasks since July 2023. The license I obtained expired on May 1, 2024. The Alteryx designer license is valid for 12 months with annual renewals. I activated the license key on July 14, 2023, and began using it from that day onwards. Therefore, I should have access to the Alteryx software until at least July 1, 2024. Nevertheless, my license expired prematurely after only 10 months, on May 1, 2024.
