My alteryx designer student license key unable to authenticate

past month I was installed Alteryx designer, and it was working fine, when I change my machine and deactivating licenses on one machine and reactivating on another it is not able to taking it, PFB attachment for the reference and is there any restrictions only 1 key for 1 machine?.
