Import Certificate for Connect after installation

Hi Community,

I am trying to import a certificate for Alteryx Connect. I looked into the articles 1 and 2 but it does not work. I can reach Connect without https and I opened up the 443 port. I also changed the server.xml. The keystore and the certificate have the same password.

I have a certificate with .cer and converted it into .pfx.

Do I have to turn something on within Connect? I also changed the base URL but is there something else?

I do not know if SSL enabled during the installation.
