The recipient user will receive a email message with a link to authorize my access automatically or it is only a regular e-mail that I send and the recipient will need to log into connect and include me as an authorized user? or neither?
Hi @fmvizcaino - it's actually neither. The 'Request Access' button is merely a trigger for Connect to send an email to the asset owner stating that the user is looking to gain access. This opens a dialogue off the platform.
Connect deliberately avoids workflows and/or mechanisms that automate the provisioning of data to users.
