Download files from SFTP (using SSH public and private keys) and move them to Archive

I need to design a workflow that will download csv files from SFTP using SSH public and private keys and move the files to Archive folder in SFTP once downloaded. Does anyone have a workflow that does this?

 you can try to follow the WINSCP and run it through CLI. that is the only option as of now.
