Has anyone experienced the issue of the Connect site timing out when you try to head to the site? Any reasons why this could be happening?
The Service window is showing the the AlteryxConnect service is running and the Service_Status log shows the site is ready to be served.

Would you please (if you have not already) formally submit a case for this? Given that this is not a simple question, that is always the most efficient way to resolve anything that is in scope for paid license holders.
