Cannot setting Alteryx Gallery in Alteryx Connect

Hello guys,

I have to installing and configuring Alteryx Connect, and after installing it, need to configured password, instance, SMTP and Alteryx Gallery settings.

In this Alteryx Gallery Settings I have the following error:

I did the installation as it comes in the documentation https://help.alteryx.com/20213/connect/install-connect

I installed Alteryx Connect 2021.3

Any idea how to fix the error?

Hey @Esolano , I don't have an answer to this particular error.  But I see you are looking to setup the Gallery metadata loader from with Connect.  Setting up the loader this way is one of two options.  Have you tried the other way, by running the loader in the Designer that is sitting on your hosted Server machine?

In general I have found loaders to work more often from there, but this option also to provide more detailed error messages if things go wrong.
