Add the ability to mute certain threads from our notifications.

This mainly comes as an idea due to the Weekly Challenge threads which get an overwhelming number of replies compared to other threads.

Hey @Balders, sorry we're drowning you in notifications! Here's some preferences stuff that may help.

1. Click on your Avatar > My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications
2. Change these settings:
   1. Uncheck "Automatically subscribe me to all discussions or reviews I participate in"
   2. Change "For my forum subscriptions, notify me for" to "Only the first post in each topic"
