Why can't I change my custom measure to be in a percentage format?

The option is there but it doesn't allow me to select it.

Hi @SaraChen25, congratulations, you have found a bug in Auto Insights! 

If you rename your Custom Measures to remove the "%" symbol at the end you should be able to change the Units setting to Percentage. I'll also raise an issue with our team to get this resolved.
