Converting Multiple Columns to one Row

Hello! I have a test workflow attached where I have a column (Data example 3) that I want to convert the data to a preexisting column (data example 2). There is already data within my preexisting column and so I would essentially need to create an additional row that drops down the other information from the row. see attached example with my example data and the desired output that shows the conversion I would like to make. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
