Understanding Data with Alteryx Auto Insights

Compare measure against multiple measures in missions or playbook

Is there a way to compare a measure against multiple measure in either playbooks or standard missions?

What I am wanting to do is use auto insights on a large multi-column dataset to see if it can find which other measures had more correlation or less correlation than others. For example if I were diving deeper into the column "shuttle moves" by day is there a way to look at if "total volume" by day has more/less correlation than "scheduled appointments" by day?

You can do correlation analysis on 2 measures max to my knowledge!

There is an Association Analysis tool in Designer to do a full correlation matrix across all measures:  Association Analysis Tool

Yep, totally doable — but not directly in Playbooks or standard Missions (at least not yet).

You can run Auto Insights on each measure separately and then compare correlations manually or export results for side-by-side analysis. Another option is to prep your data in Designer first — use the Correlation Tool or Pearson/Spearman formulas in a workflow to see which measures align most with “shuttle moves.”

Would be awesome if Playbooks supported multi-measure correlation natively though — that’d save a ton of setup time. 👀
