According to the Alteryx documentation, there is a tool in the marketplace called Auto Insights Uploader that can be used on the server. However, this is confusing because the Auto Insights feature is only available in the cloud.

Can you explain the confusion? The Auto Insights Uploader is a tool that can be used in Designer, so when that workflow is up on Server it'll just run and connect out to the Auto Insights instance for upload

I initially thought it had built-in auto insights, but then I realized it processes the data and sends it to the auto insights feature on the cloud.

That is correct!
