How to create an conditional column

Hi,

I'm new to AlteryX and I need some help with the conditional column function.

In my project, I need to join 3 data sets with the that the same values and columns. The problem is that, each data set refers to a different data base and I need to clearly specify that. To make things clear, for example, data from table X, need to have some specification that the table´s entries refer to table X. Therefore, I thought in adding a conditional column to each table clarifying the data´s origin. It would be something like the table below.

So, I need to add a column with the same entries for all the table data. Does anyone knows how to do that?

Thanks for the help and attention.
