The AAH environment stopped working. The Engine Worker log show the following or similar error:
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.
---> System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
The Worker will have status "Stopped"
The Worker SSL / TLS certificate is expired or invalid.
AAH requires a valid Worker SSL / TLS certificate to enable communication to the Worker.
Request a certificate. This is typically handled by a team within your IT. The certificate needs to be signed with a Common Name (CN) that matches the main domain and a Subject Alternative Name (SAN) that matches any domain(s) the server will be accessed by. The recommendation is to use only Public CA signed certificates in a Product Environment. However, alternatively a certificate can be signed by your internal CA if applicable or self-signed.
