On the Road With the Alteryx Bus!

Over the years, we’ve had thousands of Alteryx users visit us at our headquarters in Southern California, and they all want to take a picture with our bus. It’s a 1966 VW Combi that’s become iconic within our global community. It represents a spirit of adventure, collaboration, and the freedom to be your authentic self in everything you do.

So this year, we decided to take one on the road. We’ve partnered with Splitz by Aggie in Huntington Beach to restore a VW bus over the past few months – new engine, new transmission, new paint, new seats – even A/C. And it’s almost ready.

Our first stop is the 2023 Alteryx Inspire Conference – THE Analytics event of the year, May 23-25 at the Venetian in Las Vegas, NV. How’s it going to get there? Well, our Chief Evangelist Joshua Burkhow is gearing up as we speak to take this on its inaugural road trip in a few days. Here are a few shots of the bus getting its final inspection:

Throughout the rest of the year, the Alteryx bus will make appearances across a variety of events, from analytics conferences like Snowflake Summit and AWS Re:Invent, to F1 races like the Austin GP and Las Vegas GP. Maybe even a few surprise stops along the way.
