A brand new blog landing page and a one click subscribe button? Totally revamped private messages with conversational styling - which was a community idea submitted by an ACE? A refresh for the Excellence Awards and ACE Program? In one release? Yep - keep on reading to check out all the cool stuff we've done for YOU over the last few weeks.
New Private Message Layout
@AbhilashR suggested that we move our Private Messages feature to a more modern conversation style. We released just that this sprint. Take a look!
Blog Landing Page Update
In our July release, we made several improvements to the blog article page. I'm excited to announce Phase 2 of this project - a new and improved blog landing page. Thanks to the Community Content team (looking at you @NeilR @MaddieJ @CristonS @SusanCS) and @joannallyson for their amazing ideas and collaboration on this project. Check out some the new features below:
All Blogs View - a consolidated feed of all the blog articles across all 4 of our blogs. The featured area is curated by our content team, and you can see the rest of the articles (in order by date, starting with newest) in the Latest feed below.
Single Blow View - You can then click into a specific blog itself to see a list of only those articles, along with the right rail with labels and other helpful information relevant to that specific blog.
Subscribe Button - Check out the nifty new Subscribe button that allows you to subscribe to specific blogs, or all blogs with one quick click. You can easily unsubscribe as well - though we doubt you'll do that. 😉
Be sure to subscribe to the Community Release notes so you can hear all about the awesome, top secret, Phase 3 and grand finale of this project.
Excellence Awards Update
The Excellence Awards received a bit of revamp including a the tabbed information, and an easier view of the legacy winners. Thanks @ThalitaC @sachink @JacquesC for your collaboration!

ACE Program Updates
The ACE Program space also got a revamp. We've added a tabbed informational view here, and automated some of the metadata that's shared here. This is a pre-cursor to some awesome profile improvements we have on the roadmap - stay tuned! In addition, we've added an Emeritus tab to showcase our Emeritus ACES, and updated all of the requirements and qualifications for this program. Kudos to our fearless ACE Leader @TuvyL and all of our current and legacy ACES.
Miscellaneous Bug Fixes and Updates
- Localized "Back to Lessons" button in international academies
- Miscellaneous performance improvements
- Added warning to attachments to not upload sensitive Pii data in workflow and data examples
- Updated cards in international communities to follow new design theme
- We brought back the Raleigh-Durham User Group and have renamed it to Research Triangle Park, NC so as to encompass a wider territory.
- Links open in new page on customer support landing page
- Fixed an issue with notification banners where padding was mis-aligned
- Added Weekly Challenge index to international community Academies
- Resolved a styling issue on the video gallery page
- Addressed issue with avatar images in carousel showing as low resolution
- Fixed an issue where using the preview feature didn't accurately reflect the draft message
- Updated FAQ in community dropdown to point to a new FAQ with index
- Added the new product version to the case portal
