Alteryx Certification

In just a little over 18-months since introducing the Alteryx Certification Program, the amount of certified users has grown exponentially.

Today, across the three exams we have available today, a whopping 8,245 of you are certified across the globe! This is a tremendous achievement and we couldn't be more proud of each and every person who took on the challenge of improving and proving their skills through the Alteryx Certification program.  Our hats go off to you!

For those of you who signed up to take the Expert Exam in Nashville be sure to check out @andyuttley's blog, Lucky 13: Five Pieces of Advice to Help Pass the Alteryx Expert Exam for some preparation tips and of course, a good laugh. If you have not gotten the chance to register for an exam onsite at Inspire, you still have time to sign up!  You can take Core, Advanced, Expert OR be one of the first to take the new Spatial Master or Automation Master exams.

An added bonus of taking the exams in Nashville, is you get the opportunity to participate in the super fun pass "party", organized by yours truly along with a hand-picked gang of Community rock-stars (@LaurenU, @TuvyL, @DanM).

These memories are guaranteed to last a lifetime!

Check out the latest articles across Designer, Server, Connect, and Promote. It's a lot right? Here are some of our hand picked favorites:

Particle Data Scientist @cliffjordan and team deliver a killer addition to the Tool Mastery series, teaching us everything there is to know about the Boosted Model tool (along with an excellent graphic explaining what a confusion matrix is).

How does Alteryx Designer Handle Spatial Data? and The Alteryx Engine 101 - The Basics: two great articles explaining how Alteryx software works under the hood are well worth a read.

And for you Pythonistas out there, more new primers for both the Python tool as well as the Python SDK.

Finally in the Alteryx Connect KB, a step by step guide to bulk loading the Glossary, and how to connect to the H2 console.

Read our Blogs

image (10).pngApril and May saw an astounding 40 articles published across our four community blogs. Don't forget to click the subscribe button at the top of the blog feed if you want to get notified when a new one gets posted.

Here's the content team's pick of the litter:

Alan Jacobson, brand new Alteryx CDAO pens his first Alteryx blog, Creating an Analytic Culture for Digital Transformation. I got to see this guy in action at Ford - he knows what the fudge he's talking about, you should pay attention.

This month, we featured Macro Maynia on the Engine Works Blog. There was a slew of really great articles about Alteryx Macros from a variety of contributors, including ACEs and members of the Academy Team. Don't forget to vote for your favorite Macro Analogy by starring the corresponding blog post (it's probably Knitting).

This May in Data Science, we encourage you to be thoughtful at every step of your data journey. From knowing your target, to the fluid process of your Data Science Lifecycle, there's even examples and exciting new tools to help you along your way.
