At Alteryx, our mission is to unleash the power of data analytics to help you--the Alteryx Community--solve problems. How we’re all solving, and where we’re solving, is changing. So we’re offering new ways to provide you with the support you need, when and where you need it. 

 

Our new Virtual Solution Center (VSC) allows you to connect with Alteryx solution experts in real-time. We have a team of people standing by, ready to help you solve your newest analytic challenges, offer use cases and suggestionsand help you leverage the power of Alteryx now, when we’re all faced with more complex problems to solve. The VSC is currently available in English to customers in North and South AmericaBeginning the week of March 23, the Virtual Solution Center will be available across all time zones from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon.-Fri., in all Alteryx-supported regions.   

 

We believe that the physical distancing we’re all experiencing doesn’t have to mean disconnection. In fact, it’s more important than ever to make smarter, more informed decisions--and to solve together. Let’s keep sharing ideas about the power of data and analytics in today’s world. 

 

The VSC is intended to assist in building out a workflow, to assist with configuration and provide guidance on process. Before scheduling a free 30-minute virtual working session with an Alteryx team member: 

  • Can you find your answer here on Alteryx Community? Ask questions and share your expertise on our discussion forums.
  • If you have support questions, please visit our Customer Support page. 
  • If you have a licensing issue, please visit our activation resources.
  • Here are some tips for making the most of your session: 
    • Make sure you have Alteryx installed. If not, please visit downloads.alteryx.com.
    • Make sure you have access to the data you want to use for the process. 
    • If needed, make sure you have admin rights if configuring Server, Connect or Promote. 
    • Provide as much information as you can on what you are trying to accomplish and how it will impact you, your team and your company.
