Macro configuration : how to set a comment to an macro?

Hello there,

I am working with the Cache Macro (https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Engine-Works-Blog/The-Cache-Dataset-Macro/ba-p/3162) and i am trying to understand how this macro to be made (i wish to learn something high level lol). But i found something strange from the configuration: 

I can not find where does this sentence come from.....

So i try to delete components from the macro and save and open again to see what have changed? I hope that one time this sentence will be missed after one of the components is deleted. But finally, i delete everything :

But the problem is, i saved and insert it into a new page, every parameter is gone but there is still this sentence: 

So even the button "Advanced Options" is still there.

Is there anybody can give me some information to make my curisity happy? Check the attachment

@Krasus You can see this in the interface designer. The interface designer is found in view >> Interface Designer. Then you can see that they've added a label with that sentence:

[Krasus]
