How do I get an Activation Code to start using the 90 day free ADAPT trial?

I have installed the program, have a signon/registered a name and password.  When I fire up the software it requests an activation code.  I received a confirmation code in an email with the same amount of characters, but that code does not work as an activation code.  I tried using in the -XXXX format as well as entering with no dashes.  What should i try next?
