"Server is down" message on Alteryx Gallery

I want to display a message "Server is down" on the Alteryx gallery for a period of time. Is it possible?

In the notifications tab of your admin page, you can include a message to all the users that are logging in for the first time. It is not clear about the period, but I think it will show on a daily basis or maybe only once 🤔

But you can also include a banner with that message and it will always show in the home page as this example on the public gallery.
