Server gallery not recognizing network path

Hi all,

I have a situation on Alteryx which I cannot understand the issue, I am quite new to alteryx.

On designer mode, the work flow runs perfectly as well the app version in designer mode works fine; but when I save it in the Production area the output is not pulling the whole file just a part of the file and it's missing loads of excel tab ( as Excel is the output file). I checked the network path which is correct on the designer app mode.

Could someone kindly let me where I am going wrong.

If I understand you correctly, your app is creating an output file but the info in that file is incomplete. That tells me that the path is not the problem; otherwise, there wouldn't be any output file in the first place. If your app encountered an error during its run, it's also likely that it wouldn't create the output file.

Maybe you can post a snapshot or sample of your app?
