Private Gallery/Server Output Render Tool

Is it possible to use the Render tool for output from a workflow run on the server (our company's private gallery)? We're trying to use Interface tools to allow for users to run a workflow on the server and choose where to output the rendered files.

Hello @PWaicus ,

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your needs but if it is what I think it is then yes, you can modify the path on the render tool with an interface tool (text box for example) to select where to output the files. You need to take into consideration that if it is a shared drive you would need to input the full UNC path and that the server needs to have acces to it.

Hi - That didn't seem to work. No matter what I entered into the text box when prompted while running it from our private gallery, it never produced an output file. However, I removed the interface tools from the Render output and just ran it that way - I was then prompted to browse for an output location and file name.
