Is it possible to start a program asynchronously via the RunCommand-Tool?

If it is regarding scheduling a workflow run, Alteryx offers scheduling options via the Gallery

If you use the "Run Command"-tool to start the notepad, for instance, then the workflow halts until the notepad is closed. What I would like to have is that the notepad is started and kept open while the workflow continues immediately afterwards, i.e. it is about starting an executable without waiting for the return of the called program.

My question is now whether this Is this possible with the "Run Command"-tool. if yes, how?
