Alteryx Server 2020.3.4 Controller is not managing the node correctly

Recently we upgraded to 2020.3.4 and since then the controller is not sending jobs to the node. It will after we run the system setting, it will send the first set of jobs but after they complete the controller does not send any additional jobs and the queue backs up and jobs are only run on the controller. We have run the system settings a few different times and every time the node will get the initial set of jobs and then the controller will not send any new jobs once the first set of jobs is completed.

Do you see anything in the service logs that are unusual?

Not much in logs , Event viewer .

Observation - AlteryxEngineCmd.exe is still running in Worker

Example - After restarting server or running system settings - Alteryx service is restarted

9:00 - 4 worker process started

after 30 min - the 4 process reduces to 3, 2, 1 as time goes by but in Task manager i can see 3 to 4 AlteryxEngineCmd.exe

Need to restart service in second server to get the 4 worker node up
