Unable to see users under users tab

Hi,

I have added 6 users to gallery and I can see the number of users in diagnosis tab but I'm unable to see the users list under users tab

try to delete your browser cache or open a new browser or open browser in incognito mode. You can also do CTRL+Refresh I think to force the page refresh.

No I tried with all the possibilities I cleared web data , history and cache and I also tried opening in incognito mode but same issue

Have you upgraded server recently? There are a few bugs in that area after an upgrade. I would encourage you to contact support@alteryx.com
