Alteryx Server 2019.4 Download not showing

Hi All,

On my project we will proceed with the Upgrade of Alteryx Server/Designer from 2018.2 to 2019.4.

When i entered on the platform to download the installation file, i couldn't saw the desired version (Only shows up to 2019.3).

I tried to click on the "New Versions" tab but nothing happens

Do i need to do something or we can't download this version?

This could be an issue with the Flexera hosting platform.
I would reach out to Fulfillment@alteryx.com or Support@alteryx.com. Likely they will need to investigate this further.

Hi @TrevorS,

The problem in fact was switching the account that was trying to download Alteryx Server.

Since i was logged in with the Member account the options were limited.
