Gallery App Organization

Hello --

I've been searching around for the last few days and still can't seem to wrap my head around how to do some tasks in Server. Here is what I am trying to do:

1) I have a series of app that I want people to have to log in to access. All of these workflows are Tax-related and would want to somehow group/tag them so if another department decided to use Alteryx server -- I could segregate who can run workflows by a group.

2) I have an app that anybody in my company should be able to run without having to create an account or even log in. In the admin section - I have set the below:

Enable unregistered users to run Public Gallery workflows

No Yes

but now, anybody can run all workflows without an account.

Any advice/best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @smoskowitz,

For your first question, you can utilize Collections. Within a Collection, you can make available apps from your studio to others within the gallery. You choose what apps, and also with whom you share them. You can add individual Users, or other Studios to have access to your Collection.

Users will only be able to see what they create and save to the gallery, and the Collections that are shared with them.
