Alteryx Server and accessing external IP addresses using Download Tool

Hi all,

I have a user within the business who is fine using the download tool in Alteryx Designer but unable to run the same workflow scheduled in our Alteryx Server environment.

They are trying to use the download tool to scrape an external website. This is the error message they received: “HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required”

Can anyone suggest what the issue might be here and if there are any solutions as ideally we would like to schedule this workflow.
