Intermittent "Page Does Not Exist" Error After Upgrading Alteryx Server from 2024.2 to 202

We have recently upgraded our Alteryx Server from 2024.2 to 2025.1 and are encountering intermittent access issues with the Gallery URL

The server URL is sometimes accessible in Chrome/Incognito, showing the normal Gallery login/home page.

Other times, it displays a "The page you're trying to access does not exist" error, even from the same browser/session.

Server services appear running, but logs show errors like:

I think you should contact Alteryx Support for this one. I don`t see anything documented in the knowledge base related to that issue.

Hi @PKN2025,

This is an Alteryx Server (Gallery API) availability/maintenance error, not a workflow or user-auth issue.

What the error means:

Alteryx.Server.Common.Exceptions.UnavailableException: The system is currently undergoing maintenance

The request GET /gallery/api/status/ping/ is a health-check (ping) call.
Alteryx Server is responding that the Gallery/API service is unavailable.
This typically happens when the ServerHost or Gallery service is restarting, stopped, or temporarily offline.
The user is shown as unauthenticated because the request never reached the authentication stage.

Key indicators in the log:

Exception type: UnavailableException
Message inspector: AuthorizationMessageInspector
Endpoint: /gallery/api/status/ping/
HTTP method: GET
Result: Error marshaled back to client

This confirms the Gallery API could not accept requests at that moment
