PCXML issue in Output Preview, error: 'Error: Unable to Load Preview.'

Hi Guys,

I have a layout tool, then a Render tool.
In Browse tool Render tool looks good but in Gallery Output Preview, after selecting PCXML file I am getting error 'Error: Unable to Load Preview.'
Interesting thing is that the Layout is also an email body and there is no issue with the email at all.

Anyone faced similar issue and managed to solve it?
