"Job Results" not showing full run history

Hi All,

We use Alteryx server in our business and regularly use for some audit purposes.

My view of Job Results only shows the run history from a month prior (non schedule, manual run) - is this the same across everyone?

I am conscious that the full history of running the workflow is not visible on the server.

Is the only way to get the data directly from MongoDB if this being asked?

Did you find more details around how history is or is not being captured. Our server is not showing any history of manual runs, just scheduled jobs only. I - as an admin/curator - have searched through the admin side and the end user side, and cannot find any manual run history out side of the run count.

I'm not 100% sure what @Y__J_ asked is in the same context as @nbrenner asked, but here is the suggestion.

In System Setting, Controller=>Persisetnce menu, you can find the below options. As a default, all options are unchecked. If the admin wants to delete the past data for saving disk space, they enable these options. In case of @Y__J_ , '30 days' is specified in this option, that's why users cannot retrieve data that were created 30days or earlier.
