As an admin, I checked that, users name are added in the collection,

Suddenly user can not see the collection to their gallery.

Is there any information regarding this?

Hi @Piyali417 ,

I have seen cases where a user has an account in two different domains or two accounts, one admin and one regular.

I would ask the user to open the Gallery in incognito mode and log in again. Clearing the cache might help as well.

@fmvizcaino after clearing cache still the issue there, and we admin also having same issue in the home section, in the admin section its reflecting properly.

Do you have any othe rsuggestions?
