Emails from Alteryx Gallery are received with encoded nonsensical messages

Several members of my organization have started receiving emails that are encoded from workflows on Alteryx Gallery using the email tool. It's not every time, but it is often enough to be an issue now. Has anyone else run into this issue or knows of a solution? Thank you.
