Gallery report of Jobs

We just moved to AWS Servers and I am trying to build some reporting on Gallery usage. I have not been able to get the Server APIs to generate the data I need; too many jobs I believe.

I can get some results with a few test cases going using these endpoints:

/v3/workflows
/v3/workflows/{workflowId}/jobs
/v3/jobs/{jobId}

When I try to get all the results - the workflow just runs forever and eventually returns nothing. If there is a way to send a date parameter to the Jobs API...that might help.

I have also seen posts about the old Server Usage report, but each download I find is missing the key macro, so I cannot parse out the _Service Data field from Mongo.

I am really stuck here - any help would be appreciated.

Which server version are you in? What job information are you looking for?

The best way to download the Usage Report is from the licensing portal. I`m adding the 22.1 version here.

Sorry this is a delayed response!

Server 2023.1 and all the details in the blob - ServiceData

I've updated tthe server usage report to use the local Mongo ODBC connections, but found that some of the ServiceData is too big for the blob tool and had to add a filter for anything large - which makes me wonder if I am missing items.

Also, I no longer see the server usage report on the license portal

The usage report is being revamped and will be available in the next version, probably.
