Error Accessing Alteryx server

Hi,

We are unable to access Alteryx server and we are getting the attached error message while accessing the server.

Can anyone help us to encounter this issue.

The URL is usually youservername/Gallery.

You can take a look in the Alteryx System Settings configuration for the correct URL.

Also, depending on your set-up, you may need to be on a VPN to access your server - this is the case with us and 90% of access problems are related to VPN.
