Error in alteryx server

I connected Alteryx workflow using the PowerBI Output tool and when I run the workflow I am getting

Bad request syntax or unsupported method. (Tool Id: 12) and when I check the Tool ID it id PowerBI Tool.

Please help me to resolve this error

Hi,

We are also experiencing the similar issue in our company with workflows that use SharePoint files input. Could you please confirm that the above mentioned solution applies to our issue?
