How to dynamically pull API access key information of a user using API's from gallery

I am trying to trigger a workflow on Alteryx gallery using API's. Is there any Alteryx API that can fetch user's API credentials (access key and secret) without user entering it manually.

No, that is personal to each user and only accessible through their profile pages.
