Settings Verification Issue with Embedded MongoDB

I'm currently facing an issue with settings verification in Alteryx, specifically related to Embedded MongoDB. The error message I'm encountering is as follows:

"Settings verification failed, please verify the following:

Setting with root Controller and name <EmbeddedMongoDBRootPath> must be empty or contain an existing instance."

I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but I'm unable to resolve this issue.

If anyone has experience with this or can provide guidance on what steps I should take to address this verification problem,

Same issue here. Happened after migrating from 2023.1.1.200 to 2023.2.1.7. No solution, so far

Same issue here. Occurred following the 2023.2.1.51 migration from 2023.1.1.123. No resolution as of yet.

getting the same error after i upgraded to 2023.2.1.133. I also upgraded the Mongo DB. I followed the steps above to see if it will resolve the error.

it says the data base has already been upgraded

upgraded from 2023.1.1.200
