They have reported that their scheduled workflows are not starting and are generating errors. Interestingly, upon further investigation, it was found that the job execution entry in the mongoDB is showing as null. Surprisingly, the entry and error caption are not being updated in the mongoDB. Does anyone have any insight into this error message and what could be causing it?
