Unable to save workflow on Alteryx server gallery

Hi All,

we're getting below error on 'Alteryx designer while saving workflow. Can anyone help us with

Alteryx Server Version : 2023.1.1.123

Designer version : 2023.1.1.247

Hi @vnabhaskara ,

This error is usually caused when you try to publish a workflow from a Designer version lower than 22.3 to a 22.3/23.1 Server due to cryptography changes that happened. https://help.alteryx.com/release-notes/server/server-20231-release-notes

I recommend double-checking the Designer version in the About menu.

I haven`t tested the 23.1 patch 2 just yet, not sure if that could be causing this message as well, but I find it very unlikely. I will install the new designer patch and let you know.

I've verified on Alteryx Designer about menu. Designer version showing as below attachement

Just tested the new patch and it is working here.

For your reference, this is a document from Alteryx talking about this issue.

Try removing the gallery from your Designer and adding it back to see if it fixes your issue.

If that doesn`t work, I highly suggest opening a case with Alteryx support.

User able to publish the workflow from Alteryx Designer to server.
