Disable Manual Run option to all gallery users

Hi All,

Is there any way/option available to disable the Manual Run option in the gallery for all the users.?

Hi @fmvizcaino ,

This is not for an upgrade. We restrict the user's can schedule their workflow instead of manual execution from the gallery. This manual executions lead to more queue time on the gallery and impact the other's workflows.

Hey @Ariharan ,

It is the organic increase of the Gallery, which is a good thing. Instead of narrowing the user`s permissions, I would suggest a few actions:

MongoDB schedule analysis: Check if there are schedules from users that already left the company or that doesn`t need them or that are with the error status for too long
MongoDB user analysis: Check how the users are testing the workflows. Something you have a few users testing long workflows non-stop and it is just a matter of training these users
Workflow Optimization: Check the execution time from all workflows running on the Gallery and select the ones taking the longest to do a detailed analysis for performance improvement
Scaling up/out the server: Sometimes it is time to add more cores to your server.

Most of the data can be found in the Usage Report. It is only a matter of adapting the workflows to your benefit.
