I want to know how we can extract all the inventory(workflow name, owner, user, scheduled) which is stored in Alteryx server using an API.

To retrieve the information you need, there are 2 options available:

API:
1. Gallery API overview: https://help.alteryx.com/developer-help/server-api-overview

2. The usage report is deprecated (not available for 22.3) but you still can use the previous versions
